GETTING CONNECTED TO THE HORSE

Amy Kirkland trains riders in all matters related to horses - from grooming to riding. Lessons focus on exercises to teach the rider balance and basic equitation. After learning basic equitation, riders are encouraged to learn different event riding such as horsemanship, showmanship, hunter under seat, hunt seat equitation, trail and western pleasure.

Amy's riders have achieved many national titles including; 2 PHBA-Y World Champions, 3 PHBA-Y Reserve World Champions, multiple PHBA-Y World Show Top 5's & Top 10's, National PHBA-Y year-end 3 Class Champions, 3 Reserve Class Champions, multiple National PHBA-Y year-end Class Honor rolls, and 1 National PHBA-Y Top 10 All-Around. 

Amy's riders have achieved many local titles including many PEHSC, KHSC, GCHSC, PEAMissouri, American Royal Youth, American Royal UHH, and Fall Harvest Youth Show, Champions, Reserves, Top 5's and Top 10's.
